This office building is under construction and will be leased to Olympus, a leading European healthcare and consumer electronics company. The property situated in Leiderdorp, in the Leiden conurbation, enjoys a central location near Amsterdam, the Hague and Rotterdam. This conurbation is also the science hub of the Netherlands and hosts many science firms. It will be completed in January 2017 and will be subject to a 12-year lease term with no break option.
