This office and industrial complex of over 17,000 sq.m is leased to the Carrefour group and is ideally located near an RER B station (Regional Express Network rail line) and easily accessible from the high-speed train (TGV) station, the Orly airport and Paris city centre. In this complex, Carrefour recreates a typical hypermarket thus allowing the store’s procurement and general managers to choose the products they will sell in their own stores. This asset is located a few kilometres away from the brand’s new world headquarters, and is included in Carrefour’s large “campus”.
