Performance figures
In order to assess the performance of CORUM, a number of criteria must be taken into account. On the one hand, real estate criteria: the value of a property portfolio is based on the quality of the properties themselves, the quality of tenants, and the rents they generate. Also, CORUM offers them a high standard of service as it is responsible for managing the properties and relations with tenants. On the other hand, financial criteria: these are simply the real estate criteria, only expressed in numbers. In 2017, CORUM recorded a dividend yield(1) of 6.45%, thus taking first place among open-ended SCPIs(2), i.e. those that can raise new funds at any time.

Since CORUM is a property investment, we recommend you hold your shares for at least 8 years. As with any property investment, you may not be able to exit your investment in CORUM immediately, and its value and any income generated from it may rise as well as fall. Obviously, past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
